Ads Pulse ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome extension and web service collect, use, and protect your information.
Data We Collect
Account Registration
When you create an Ads Pulse account, we collect:
- Name & Surname: Used to identify your account
- Email Address: Used for authentication and account communications
- Phone Number: Used for account verification and support
Chrome Extension (Stored Locally)
The following data is stored locally in your browser only:
- API Key: Your Ads Pulse API key
- Column Mappings: Your table column preferences
- Date Range: The selected date range in Ads Manager
Form Submission Data (Stored on Our Servers)
When a form submission is captured via our webhook, the following data may be stored on our servers:
- Campaign & Ad Identifiers: Campaign ID, ad set ID, ad ID, and Facebook Click ID (fbclid)
- UTM Parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term
- Lead Information: Email address, phone number, and name (if submitted in the form)
- Page Context: Page URL, page title, and referrer URL
- Technical Metadata: IP address and user agent string (for fraud prevention)
Data We Do NOT Collect
- Facebook/Meta account credentials or login information
- Ad content, creative assets, or ad copy
- Financial information or billing data
- Browsing history outside of Meta Ads Manager
- Data from forms not integrated with Ads Pulse
How We Use Your Data
- Campaign IDs and date range are sent to our API to retrieve submission counts for your campaigns
- Lead information (email, phone, name) is stored to match form submissions to Meta campaigns and calculate unique conversion counts
- UTM parameters and fbclid are stored to attribute conversions to the correct campaign, ad set, and ad
- IP address and user agent are stored for fraud prevention and rate limiting
- Account information is used for authentication and billing
Data Storage & Retention
- Extension data (API key, column mappings) is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API
- Account data and form submissions are stored on our secure servers hosted on Vercel and Supabase
- Submission data is retained for the duration of your active subscription
- All server-stored values are sanitized and capped at 1,000 characters per field
- You can request complete deletion of your data at any time
Third-Party Services
We do not share your data with third parties. The extension only communicates with our own API servers to fetch submission data.
Your Rights
You can:
- Uninstall the extension at any time to stop all data collection
- Clear your browser storage to remove locally stored preferences
- Request deletion of your account and all associated submission data
- Request a copy of all data we store about you
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
