Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ads Pulse website, API, Chrome extension, and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Ads Pulse provides the following services:

• A tracking script that links website form submissions to Meta Ads campaigns
• A Chrome extension that displays submission data inside Meta Ads Manager
• A web dashboard for managing tracking and attribution data
• API access for data querying

3. Account & Registration

• You must register with a valid email address to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• Your API key must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Overload or abuse the API (you must comply with rate limits)
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Take actions that compromise the security or integrity of the Service
• Collect personal data through the tracking script without user consent

5. Plans & Limits

• Free: 100 submissions/month
• Growth: 2,000 submissions/month, priority support
• Agency: 10,000 submissions/month, team members, white-label reports

Submission limits reset at the start of each billing period. New submissions are queued once your limit is reached — no data is lost. Upgrade or wait for the next cycle to resume processing.

6. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
• Payments are collected in advance and are non-refundable (except where required by law).
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
• Failure to pay will result in a downgrade to the Free plan.

7. Data Processing

How data collected through our Service is processed is described in our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Submission data is stored only under your account.
• Your data is not shared with third parties.
• Deleting your account permanently removes your data.
• GDPR compliance is a priority.

8. Intellectual Property

The Ads Pulse service, brand, software, and content are our exclusive property. Your use of the Service does not grant any transfer of intellectual property rights. The tracking script may only be used on your own websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
• Changes to Meta Ads Manager may affect the extension's functionality.
• We are not liable for data loss, revenue loss, or indirect damages.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

10. Service Changes & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
• Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
• You may close your account at any time.
• Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
